Associate Pastors

Pastors Caldwell & Marcia Jack

Associate Pastors, Caldwell and Marcia Jack, together have spent decades of their lives in service to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Their hearts’ desire is to see the Kingdom of God manifest among His people, here on earth. They have been married for 10 years and have two sons, Kevin and CJ, of whom they are most proud. They are of Caribbean origin as Caldwell was born in Guyana and Marcia in Jamaica. They are grateful for the various opportunities they have been afforded to experience various cultures in different countries and to share the love of God in all instances. They are honored and humbled to serve in any capacity the Lord allows.

Pastoral Leadership & Counseling

Pastors Wallace & Rose Oliver

Pastors Wallace and Rose Oliver, together have totally dedicated their lives to serving in the Kingdom of God. With a strong background in theological studies, pastoral leadership, Christian and marital counseling coupled with over 20 active years in ministry their divine purpose is to serve together counseling the broken in spirit, encouraging them to tap into their greater selves and setting the captives free. They have been married for 28 years and are parents to Nina and Nahiir both educators to whom they consider the most incredible accomplishments in their life. Both having established roots in Brooklyn NY, together they welcomed some amazing opportunities to directly impact lives during their process. Hosting impactful symposiums, guest speakers on marriage wellness panels, and more. All said and done when it comes to serving in the Kingdom of God they both agree you don't have to since it is by His Grace you Get To!

Administration & Evangelistic Team

Steve & Donna Ebell

Evangelist Steve and his wife, Minister Donna, moved to Delaware in 2018 after spending all his life in California. He has 2 Daughters, 3 Grandchildren and 2 Granddogs, who all still reside in CA. After 30+ years as a restaurant manager, Steve switched careers and began working with special needs youth and adults. Steve spent many years coaching varsity girls’ basketball and continues to use his coaching skills to impact the lives of his clients at work. Sharing the love of God is important to Steve and he often shares with others how God is working in his life.

Minister Donna and her husband, Evangelist Steve, moved to Delaware in 2018 after spending much of her life in CA. She has 2 Daughters, 3 Grandchildren and 2 Granddogs. Donna worked in the field of Radiology for many years and retired from the State of California prior to moving to DE. Donna is a Financial Coach and enjoys helping others succeed financially. She also enjoys event planning. Working as a church Treasurer and Administrator combines her life skills in a way that serves His Kingdom and is personally satisfying.

Worship & Elder

Dr. Sharese C. Paylor

Pastor Dr. Sharese C. Paylor was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. At the early age of three years old, she began to experience supernatural encounters. Sharese's mother often reminds Sharese of how God used her at the age of three to speak to her on how to react to a life-threatening situation. At eight, Sharese was baptized by Pastor Smart at Life Line Missionary Baptist Church in Chicago, Illinois. Sharese and her Mom and Dad were members of Life Center Church of God in Christ (Pastor TL Barrett Jr), where Sharese sang in the adult choir (at the age of 10), became a member of the Keen Teen group, and learned to walk in an abundance of Faith. In 1987, she moved to Dover, DE, to attend Wesley College. In 1993, she visited Jireh Christian Church and was drawn to the Prophetic ministry. While at Destiny Christian Church (formerly Jireh Christian Center), Sharese developed her Prophetic gift and ministered on the Prophetic Teams. Sharese also joined the praise and worship team at Destiny and served for over 27 years (under the leadership of Apostle Dale Mast). In December 2021, Sharese began attending Harvest Christian Ministries and was later ordained as Minister of Music and Worship Leader. Sharese faithfully serves HCM alongside her husband, Elder Dr. Ray Paylor. Sharese loves the Lord, and she shares the gospel with her children, family, friends, and strangers every chance she gets.

Elder Dr. Raymond L. Paylor grew up attending a Methodist church in Memphis, TN. He was sprinkled into Christianity at five years old. He has attended church and served the Lord all his life. While serving in the United States Air Force and stationed in Okinawa, Japan, Elder Dr. Ray was baptized in the Holy Spirit. He continued to find churches, worship the Lord, and study the word everywhere he was stationed in the Air Force. In 1990 Elder Dr. Ray joined Calvary Baptist Church in Dover, Delaware, where he also served as a member of the Board of Trustees for more than 20 years. He also served as the Church Assistant Treasurer and later the Church Treasure for over 800 members. Elder Dr. Ray was ordained as Elder/Teacher at Harvest Christian Ministries in December 2021. He currently serves by teaching Bible Study, Preaching God's Word, and working with the administration ministry.
